Yes. All coaching and advisory engagements are strictly confidential.

Brad works with senior leaders and global organizations where discretion, trust, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Conversations, strategic discussions, and organizational matters remain private.

One on One Executive Coaching: $300 per hour, Full-Day Advisory or Executive Intensive:
$2,000 per day, Multi-day engagements, leadership offsites, and enterprise advisory retainers are structured based on scope and organizational needs.
